Refund & Return Policy – SIRS-E® Retail Store
At SIRS-E® Retail Store, we strive to work with trusted partners and ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, all products are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment. To begin, please contact our Claims Department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a Shipping Return Label before sending any items back. Please note, items returned without prior authorization will be refused, and we are not responsible for products returned without an RMA.
Return Guidelines
- First, returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the shipment date.
- However, SIRS-E® Retail Store reserves the right to refuse returns after this period.
- Additionally, merchandise must include all accessories, instruction sheets, and original packaging, and must be returned within 7 calendar days of claim initiation.
- Moreover, if a product is returned damaged, tampered with, or missing parts/accessories, SIRS-E® Retail Store reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange.
Defective Merchandise
Replacement requests for defective items are accepted within 30 calendar days of shipment. After this period, all claims must be directed to the manufacturer. Furthermore, please review product warranties before purchase, as SIRS-E® branded merchandise warranties vary by product.
