Refund Policy

SIRS-E® Retail Store strives to work with trusted partners. All products are refundable/exchangeable within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Please contact our Claims Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) and a Shipping Return Label before returning any items. Items returned without previous authorization will be refused. We are not responsible for products returned without an RMA.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the shipment date to the customer.
  • SIRS® Retail Store reserves the right to refuse returns after 30 calendar days of the shipment date to the customer.
  • Merchandise must be returned with all accessories, instruction sheets, and in original packaging within 7 calendar days of claim initiation.
  • If a product is returned damaged, tampered, or missing parts/accessories, SIRS® Retail Store reserves the right to refuse the return/refund.

Replacements requests for defective merchandise are accepted within 30 calendar days of the shipment date to the customer. After 30 days, all claims related to defective merchandise must be directed to the manufacturer. SIRS-E® Retail Store branded merchandise warranties will vary among products. Please review the warranties of each product before purchase.
